are these worth 177 shipped?

I'm not a fan. If you NEED something cheap right now, then fine.
I would rather see you get Centric Performance Rotors and pads. Nice blanks that stay looking great for a long time. I'm very happy with my set, and after seeing mine, my Dad put the same on his 06SS and is happy with it.

Do you NEED 4 rotors right now? Usually it's just the fronts that need replacing first.
I purchased these for my Dad's 2006 SS and put them on:
At the time we also only needed rear pads, his rotors were fine.
Here's the front pads I ordered:
and the rears:
They came with new abutement clips too. With free shipping that order would come to: $167.13

I have them on the SS good so far but with the limited miles I put on the brakes it will be a while till I can judge. I do know its stops quicker and shorter

I've heard mixed statements about drilled/slotted rotors in general.
I put AC Delco advantage rotors and Bendix ceramic pads all the way around on my Monte, along with Goodridge braided stainless flex lines. Brakes are EXCELLENT! Huge impovement IMO (but the old pads were wearing out, so that is probably the biggest reason the brakes were so dramatically different).
