Default Top swap vs zzp L36 S/C kit

Hey guys, i've been doing alotta reading and researching this past few weeks.
At first i wanted to do a top swap, And while reading through countless threads i noticed someone said something about zzp's l36 S/C kit or what i thought was called the ssm90 or something along those lines. Anyways the guys crap talked the guy about the ssm90 kit saying it leaked fuel all over the place and that you couldnt run anything other then the stock belt. So i was lead to belive this zzp kit was inferior to a top swap or turbo kit.

Then i see ssm90's running 3.2 belts and others running mid 12's?

Im looking at either an entire top swap from milzy or the zzp l36 kit.
I can get both for the same price.

What should i go with?
Does zzp's kit fit and function properly?
Whom is more likely to not only get me the right pcm, but who also tunes better?
I've read alotta things about milzy price gouging and having bad tunes, i've also heard trash about zzp pcm's either having a ****ty tune or is a wrong pcm.
Do they both lock their pcms?

Get a topswap, SSM90 only uses one belt and has more belt slip potential

Milzy is a price gouging guy though, he'll help you with whatever though and he's nice at least

I've been looking, and im gonna keep looking for a wrecked gtp or something. A friend of mine that used to race prostock has a gtp minus the blower. He offered it up, but its just been in his garage for a few years.

The comfort i have with buying all new parts is they'll obviously last longer then parts that have been abused for a few years.
Should i take everything minus heads, blower and pcm? All the little stuff?

Lemme just say this, since my wife gave me the go ahead on this i've felt like a kid in a candy store!
I've compiled a list thats gonna mate up with this top swap.

IS2 heads
IS3 cam
Intense pcm (if i decide against getting one from milzy w/TS)
60 lb/hr injectors
A new pump
180 t stat
Zzp's short stack IC
Wizaired intake
Speed daddy headers
And ill find some one to do my exhaust
And a new TEP street/strip tranny.

With a goal of wanting to run 12's, is this gonna do it?
What size belt could i run with this setup?

If your doing all of this I wouldn't waste time with a SS intercooler. Just go full size

^^link to some parts you need^^

he has ported heads good for .600 lift with 130# springs, gen v with lim, ported gen 3 with stock lim, xpz cam package with pushrods, ewp, triple edge trans, prj rails, double roller, and a pile of other stuff. his stuff is brand new to 2,000 miles on some parts tops just giving you the option to maybe pick up some stuff from him and save some money.

Ok, so scrap the ss and get a full size.
Am i missing anything?
Ill also more than likely be putting a tranny cooler on. I hear their really only beneficial over long distance driving. But it wont hurt to have another safeguard in place.

As far as exhaust, would a 2.5 work or would i be needing 3in at this point?

Anyone know of any good GM tuners in the houston area? There is a shop right by me that i know works on camaro's and mustang's and the such, but anyone know a reputable shop around me?

Sorry for all the odd questions, just trying to smooth out some details.

DO NOT GET AN INTENSE PCM. They are notorious for blowing engines!

Other than that and a full size IC, you should run 12's easy
