That's with the supercharger running. The same year N/A 3800 (L36) is rated for 200hp. I thought the L67 was rated for 240 but maybe it's different for 04 and 05. IIRC, the Monte Carlo and Impala were the only ones to have the L67 in 04 and 05. Everything else that used the 3800 motors that had a supercharged option went to the Series III (260hp) L32

04 and 05 Supercharged SS' make 240hp not 245hp, but yes that's with the supercharger. It would more then likely make well less then 200hp if the supercharger belt was off due to the lower compression, and the PCM tune (fueling, timing, etc would all be off due to the fact that the PCM would expect there to be a supercharger).
Fun fact, the only car to get the SIII L32 from the factory was the 04+ Grand Prix.
