Default Steering wheel buttons

Hey guys so I gotta another lil quick question to ask you guys. So yeah coming down on the wire on these car shows on saturday & sunday & I'm running outta money (lol) so yeah no money to buy new steering wheel radio control buttons so my question is what kinda black paint can I repaint these things for the shows this weekend. Thanks for all of the help y'all have been lately!

Do you want the letters masked? Or just the white covered up. Black duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint works well.

i need the whole button just painted completely black since most of the paint is already worn off on the top 4 so i'm just gonna paint them black for the car shows since i dont have 80 bucks to buy the buttons this week. 3 of those 4 top buttons dont even have the letters on them anymore (havent seen before i got the car) so yeah lol

Get some black vinyl and fabric paint then and pop the suckers out lol.

are the buttons the same for the 6th and 7th gen??? morads has a set for the 7th for cheap. around 35, look on all 3 pages, you might find something.

here's what i'm dealing with. after almost two years of looking at these things like this, i cant wait to get them replaced!

yuck, they look terrible wish you luck getting those either painted or replaced for your upcoming car shows! sorry for being a yuckster but, yes you do need them blacked out or replaced.

its cool chris. but yeah whoever had the car before me must have used some sort of paint killin chemical which totally irritates the heck outta me bcuz these suckers are expensive but i just talked to ryan & he said his dad (since he specializes in interior) can take them off & paint the top 4 all black & put them back in til i start my job & get the new ones

You should use some hand lotion, your rubbing everything right off haha.
